Why almost everyone is doing summer this way, you can do it this other way

With the rate schools are going now with value delivery


It's going to boil down to one thing and one thing


It's Partnership..........


That's a story for another day.....


I should have posted this since yesterday but...


Network locked me out....


Finally they opened their doors to me this morning....


So here we go


Now the summer is here and 


A lot of activities has been slated by a lot of schools...


Which is great


Now 


How do you get people in....



1. *Create your summer class content*:- 

what will you be doing during summer class that makes you stand out..


In truth


Summer class doesn't have to be about what everyone is doing.....


You can come up with something totally different from what everyone else is doing....


a. _You can decide to have a fun filled summer where you go for excursion at a low cost every Friday_


b. _you can decide to have a Vacation Bible School summer where you focus the attention of attendee on a summer Bible school theme and activity_


C. _you can decide to play with words during this summer creating puzzles, word games, spelling contest, scrabbles, and mind you there are so many word games and puzzles online that you can use_


D. _you can decide to teach everyone a skill during the summer.... This is one thing most people are doing but I will advice you don't muddle so many things up... Just pick one thing and do it well....._


E. _you can decide to have a special intervention summer.... This is the focus in my mother's school this summer... An assessment is been prepared for every summer attendee the focus is to remedy somethings this summer and there is a Studio learning time each Friday on Science experiments_


F_you can decide to have a techy summer where you just teach a specific tech skill, coding, WordPress, this can go alongside fun academic content.



The point is to be unique and don't do what everyone else is doing


The bottom line is


Be unique


2. *Create exciting offers that gets people to pay...*



If you don't get your money right...


There is going to be a lot of frustration....


*Money answereth all things*

Here is the main issue


Most schools take this lightly and then expect a miracle to happen when it comes to payment...


Please understand..


And 

Make no mistake about it

You see

Offers are one of the most powerful aspect of this system...


For example


A partner school structured an offer to all new parents that attends the summer telling them


If they registered and paid full for their children during holidays


They will


Take out the summer school fee and refund it to them....


Now am not telling you to use that offer


Am just making an example of an offer....


An offer is something that excites your client and gets them to take action on time....


I am working on over 20 offers examples you can extend during this holiday to your parents


*To get them excited about registeration... But it's strictly for my partners....*



The point here is...


Create offers that are exciting to the parents....


Another offer example is to give exciting payment plans...


Monthly payment


Weekly payment 


Daily payment



Stop...


I know you think that's not what you can do...


Here me out first..


The idea of the payment plan is to convince people to pay the full price...


For example


If my fee is 10000 for the whole summer school


And if the summer school runs for 4 weeks 


That's an equal payment of 2500 right...



Good good


So 


Take a look at the mindset behind this...


I could break it to a weekly payment of 


3000 naira per week instead of 2500..


The cummulative of which is 12000 naira 


Or break to 


1000 per day...


The cummulative of which is 20000 naira...



Wait a minute.....


The point is to show them the options available 


And also convince them to pay all at once 


In order to do that


You must show them the cummulative of the payment their making....


The decision will just probably make itself when discussing...


I hope you get that?


The more flexible the want the payment the higher the payment goes


Will it work for you? Maybe, may be not..


There is no harm in trying though.....


And remember that every offer must come with a deadline......;


There are two types of deadlines


Time line deadline and I have mentioned it above where I said...


*_if you make full registeration payment during the summer, your summer fee will be refunded to you full*


Or 


You could have a spot reservation deadline...


*This offer is only available to the first 20 students that register....*


And be serious with your deadlines....
