You see...


I know you are making preparations.....


1. You are getting the uniforms ready


2. You are getting the text books ready....

3. Doing some paintings and rearrangement

4. Training your teachers and all......



This is quite fantastic....


But there is one you must not leave out at this period.....



I reinforce that on a daily basis here.....



And that is?


*Communicating with your Audience.......*


What do I mean.....


This week a lot of parents will be going round to check out 



1. New schools for their children

2. Cheaper schools for their children

3. Or better schools for their children....

Whatever intentions they have, here is my point...


You will naturally see some traffic at this period......


So make sure you get your communication right.....



How do you do this


It's pretty simple dear Life builder....


The people you should be communicating with involves


Your parents

Your past parents

Your inquiries

Your field contact

Your staff



The format of your communication could be


Text 

Phone calls

Whatsapp write up

Email

Personal visit...


Depending on the sophistication of your audience and the peculiarity of your parents


You see


What I'm talking about is not rocket science, it's pretty simple


Don't get trapped in the internal work of your school....



That's not your job as the School owner....


Don't get busy with photocopies


Don't get busy with printing...


Empower people to get that done.......


The truth is this....


You can be occupied with all of these things 


and guess what...



You will think you are busy.....


But here is my question...


What activity are you busy with....


Are they productive activities...


Can it be delegated....


Am very particular about this........


Why?


Your major Activity is to 


*1. Set expectations*

*2. Inspect Implementation.....*



Now if you can get a hold of this 


Life will be much more easier..


You know why...


You will be able to come up with breakthrough ideas for your school.


Not just for now


But at all times....


Understanding this...


What next


Once you Identify the people you want to communicate with as slated above...


Then you must understand the offer each of them should be getting...


What do I mean...

_1. Your parents should have a different form of offer_


_2. Your past parents should have a different form of offer_


_3. Your Inquiries should have a different form of offer_


_4. Your cold numbers (numbers you got when you were out on the street distributing fliers) should have a different form of offer_


_5. Your Staff should have a different form of offer....._
