Menu is a list of food that is expected to be served at a meal.

This is an arrangement according to how the food will be served and eaten.

Each meal should be balanced that is it should contain at least all the classes of food in the right proportion.

Example of a daily meal schedule

Breakfast = light meal like fruit juice or food beverages

Lunch = Boiled yam with fried egg

Dinner = stew with eba
