Listening is not the same as Hearing

*Listening Process*
Howbeit, it's listening process that could even precipitates knowledge proficiency level of learning. Whereas, learning is better off at understanding proficiency level.

Listening process occurs when pinnae collect sound signals into the auditory passage. The wave travels to the ear drum.

Then the ear drum excites the three ear bones namely hammer, anvil and stirrup. The excitement of these bones resonates through the auditory nerves to the brain.

Then the brain interprets the impulse. This is called knowledge.

If the brain interprets then retains, then learning has taken place.

If the brain interprets, retains and can identify the impulse if it comes in a modified or adapted mode.

 *This is called understanding.*
